Registration Policy

Eligibility to Attend: Attendees must own, operate or work for a convenience store, truck stop or petroleum marketer/distributor, or transport company. In fairness to exhibitors that financially support the expo, suppliers that are not exhibiting will not be allowed on the exhibition floor. All registrations are subject to approval by M-PACT show management.

Members & Non-Members: All marketers of petroleum products are welcome to attend. You DO NOT need to be a member of any of the state trade associations to take advantage of the opportunities available at M-PACT. Petroleum members of the state associations enjoy reduced registration fees

Non-Exhibiting Vendors: In an effort to protect the integrity of the show and to ensure the value of exhibit space at M-PACT, the endorsed policy of the show is as follows: Any non-exhibiting vendor who wishes to attend M-PACT shall be charged an amount equal to the fee for one booth. Non-exhibiting vendors who do not pay the fee will NOT be allowed on the trade show floor.

Registration Fees & Instructions – Check back for updates

REGISTRATION includes: Tradeshow (Wed./Thurs.), Brand Meetings, Seminars, Business Sessions. The Industry Luncheon is a ticketed event at $55 per person plus registration fee. Attendees are encouraged to plan ahead-luncheon tickets sell-out onsite.  Tickets onsite will increase in price. BADGES and luncheon tickets may be picked up at the Registration Desk. Badges are required for admittance to all M-PACT functions. $25 fee for lost badges. If you require special services due to a disability, please notify us in advance. No refunds for no-shows or on-site registration. Cancellations must be received in writing prior to the show.

Registration Desk Hours

Tuesday, March 13, 2012 – 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, March 14, 2012 – 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Thursday, March 15, 2012 – 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Methods of Payment

All registrations must be submitted with full payment. Forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks made payable to M-PACT. Registrations submitted without payment will not be processed.

Changes/Cancellations

Name changes must be submitted in writting directly to M-PACT. Written notification should be faxed to the OPMCA office at 614.947.8648.

Special Requests

Please send written notification for special requests regarding physically challenging barriers in attending M-PACT via fax to 614.947.8648. A member of M-PACT staff will call you to discuss specifics to facilitate your attendance and participation.
