FAQ

Hospitality Functions
M-PACT provides a unique opportunity to enjoy time with industry colleagues and friends. In order to ensure that attendees have the opportunity to fully experience our convention and tradeshow, M-PACT prohibits conflicting events such as hospitality suites, golf outings, or other group functions during convention and show hours. Your cooperation with this policy is greatly appreciated.

Conference Eligibility
Attendees must own, operate or work for a convenience store, truck stop, petroleum marketer/distributor, or transport company. In fairness to exhibitors that financially support the expo, suppliers that are not exhibiting will not be allowed on the exhibition floor. Accordingly, attendees may be asked to provide employment verification on-site. All registrations are subject to approval by M-PACT show management.

Non-Exhibiting Vendors
In an effort to protect the integrity of the show and to ensure the value of exhibit space at M-PACT, it is the endorsed policy of M-PACT that any non-exhibiting vendor wishing to attend M-PACT shall be charged an amount equal to the fee for one booth. Non-exhibiting vendors who do not pay the fee will not have access to the exhibition floor.
