2012 REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

As you prepare to register, please note you will be asked to provide:

• Name, company name and address of attendee(s)

• Email address of each attendee

• What association(s) does your company belong to

(KMPA, OPMCA, IPMA/IACS, IPCA, Indiana Propane, Illinois Propane)

• Primary job function of attendee(s)

• Products sold (i.e., petroleum, propane or both)

• Gender of attendee(s)

• Age range of attendee(s)

• Which attendee(s) plan to attend the Industry Luncheon

Session registration:

• Each attendee must register for session(s) individually

• Book or change your session(s) by March 12, 2012

• Help ensure adequate session seating

• Make sure M-PACT can receive session feedback

Pre-register Badge Process:

Register by February 20 and you will receive your badge by mail.  This effort of mailing badges will allow you to enjoy the M-PACT experience without having to stand in line to pick up your badge.  Lanyards and holders will be made available at the entrance of the Welcome Reception and at the entrance of the tradeshow floor.  Attendees that register after February 20 will need to pick up your badge onsite at the registration desk.
