M-PACT Registration Rates

To qualify as an eligible Attendee, all attendees must be one of the following:

▪ own, operate or work for a retail convenience store, or
▪ own, operator or work for a truck stop, or
▪ own, operate or work for a petroleum marketer/distributor, or transport company

All registrations will be reviewed and if it is determined by the M-PACT Team that an attendee does not meet the eligibility requirements to register as an attendee, the registration will be canceled without notice and all fees paid will be forfeited.

Booth Staff must register through the Exhibitor Staff Registration.

Rules & Regulations

Registration fees include admission to the exhibit hall, brand meetings and educational sessions. Badges are required for admission to all M-PACT functions. There is a $25 fee for lost badges. No refunds for no-shows.

The M-PACT Kick-off Event is a separate ticketed event. 

Acceptable forms of payment are: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  Checks will not be accepted at any time. Registrations submitted without payment will not be processed. You may cancel anytime, however, the full amount of your registration or Kick-off Event fee(s) will be forfeited. Transfer of registration or Kick-off Event fee(s) to a colleague or other associate is permitted at any time, without penalty. To request a transfer, please contact the Registration Helpline at registration@m-pact.org.

What amenities are offered at the Indiana Convention Center?

Convention Center Address
100 South Capital Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46225

ATMs
ATMs are located on the first level of the Indiana Convention Center in the Maryland Food Court, between Room 116 and the 500 Ballroom Reception Room, and the Hoosier Hallway.

Accessibility
The Indiana Convention Center is ADA-compliant. Accommodations for persons with disabilities include: Braille signage, accessible restrooms, designated parking and wheelchair availability. Persons may be dropped off and/or picked up on the north side of the convention center under the Maryland Street canopy. Located at the southwest corner of Maryland Street and Capitol Avenue, access may be restricted during certain events.

Business Center
In partnership with RICOH Business Solutions, the Indiana Convention Center’s first-floor business center, Speedway Hallway, features copy services, document finishing, fax services and more.

First Aid
First aid facilities are staffed by Indiana University Health Services. In the event of a medical emergency, dial 3350 from any red house phone.

Lost and Found
The Indiana Convention Center lost and found office is in the Dispatch Office. You can reach them by calling 317.262.3350.

Parking
The Indiana Convention Center has approximately 12,000 parking spaces in the surrounding parking garages and surface lots.

Who is eligible to attend the M-PACT Show?

To qualify as an eligible Attendee, all attendees must be one of the following:

  • own, operate or work for a retail convenience store, or
  • own, operator or work for a truck stop, or
  • own, operate or work for a petroleum marketer/distributor, or transport company
Do I have to be a member of an fuel and convenience industry trade association?

All marketers of petroleum products or convenience retailers are welcome to attend and take advantage of the opportunities available at the M-PACT Show. Membership in any state petroleum and convenience industry trade association is not required; however, petroleum and convenience retail members of the state associations enjoy reduced registration fees.

Are non-exhibiting vendors eligible to attend the trade show?

To protect the integrity and ensure the value of the M-PACT Show, and maintain fairness to our exhibitors who financially support the show, any vendor or supplier who is not exhibiting will not be allowed to register as an attendee unless the non-exhibiting fee of $4,000 per attendee is paid. Any non-exhibiting vendor or supplier who does not pay the $4,000 fee will not be allowed on the trade show floor, and will be escorted out of the facility.

 

All registrations will be reviewed and if it is determined by the M-PACT Team that an attendee does not meet the eligibility requirements to register for the M-PACT Show as an attendee, your registration will be canceled without notice and you will forfeit all fees paid.
