M-PACT History

The premier regional tradeshow welcomes participants from Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and 400-plus Midwest cities. Featuring over 300 exhibitors showcasing the latest products, services and technologies, plus a full slate of thought-provoking educational sessions presented by the industry’s most skilled trainers, the M-PACT Show delivers participants a unique, once-a-year opportunity to propel their careers — and their businesses — forward. Who is eligible to attend the M-PACT Show?

To qualify as an eligible Attendee, all attendees must be one of the following:

  • own, operate or work for a retail convenience store, or
  • own, operator or work for a truck stop, or
  • own, operate or work for a petroleum marketer/distributor, or transport company
Do I have to be a member of an energy and convenience industry trade association?

All marketers of petroleum products or convenience retailers are welcome to attend and take advantage of the opportunities available at the M-PACT Show. Membership in any state petroleum and convenience industry trade association is not required; however, petroleum and convenience retail members of the state associations enjoy reduced registration fees.

Are non-exhibiting vendors eligible to attend the trade show?

To protect the integrity and ensure the value of the M-PACT Show, and maintain fairness to our exhibitors who financially support the show, any vendor or supplier who is not exhibiting will not be allowed to register as an attendee unless the non-exhibiting fee of $4,000 per attendee is paid. Any non-exhibiting vendor or supplier who does not pay the $4,000 fee will not be allowed on the trade show floor, and will be escorted out of the facility.


All registrations will be reviewed and if it is determined by the M-PACT Team that an attendee does not meet the eligibility requirements to register for the M-PACT Show as an attendee, your registration will be canceled without notice and you will forfeit all fees paid.

What is included in the registration fee?

Registration fees include admission to the exhibit hall, general session, brand meetings and educational sessions. Badges are required for admission to all M-PACT functions. There is a $25 fee for lost badges. No refunds for no-shows.

The M-PACT Kickoff Event is a separate ticketed event.

Where do I pickup my badge?

As soon as you register online, you will receive an email confirming your registration. All badges are to be picked up on-site at the Indiana Convention Center in the registration area located outside Exhibit Hall A-D.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment are: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  Checks will not be accepted at any time. Registrations submitted without payment will not be processed.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel anytime, however, the full amount of your registration or kick-off event fee(s) will be forfeited. Transfer of registration or kick-off event fee(s) to a colleague or other associate is permitted at any time, without penalty. To request a transfer, please contact the Registration Helpline at registration@m-pact.org.

Please send written notification for special requests regarding physically challenging barriers in attending the M-PACT Show via email to registration@m-pact.org. A member of the M-PACT Show team will contact you to discuss the specifics of your special request and to facilitate your attendance and participation.
