What are the dates for future M-PACT Shows?

M-PACT 2026: April 14-16, 2026

M-PACT 2027: April 6-8, 2027

M-PACT 2028: April 18-20, 2028

What's included with my booth purchase?

Each booth gets 8’ high back and 3’ side rail drape, 1-6’ skirted table, 2 plastic side chairs, 1 waste basket, black carpet and 1- 7”x44” identification sign. The official decorator for the M-PACT Tradeshow, Excel Decorators, will send out an exhibitor kit 3 months prior to the show so you may order additional items.

All exhibitors receive three pre-show and one post-show attendee lists with attendee contact information. Attendees approve or deny M-PACT to share email information with exhibitors during their registration.

What is the cancellation policy?

The booth space can be cancelled but 25% of the payment is non-refundable and 75% is applied to the following year’s show.

What are the enforced booth guidelines?

To maintain uniformity and to prevent the obstruction of view of adjoining booths, displays must not be higher than 8 feet in back of booth and 4 feet along dividers and aisles. Endcaps may only be 8′ tall in the back center 10′ of the booth. The space on either side may be no higher than 4′. No walls, partitions, decorations or other obstructions may be erected which in any way interfere with the view of any other exhibitor, without prior permission from Show Management. The height within the booth space is 18 feet.

Are non-exhibiting vendors eligible to attend the trade show?

To protect the integrity and ensure the value of the M-PACT Show, and maintain fairness to our exhibitors who financially support the show, any vendor or supplier who is not exhibiting will not be allowed to register as an attendee unless the non-exhibiting fee of $4,000 per attendee is paid. Any non-exhibiting vendor or supplier who does not pay the $4,000 fee will not be allowed on the trade show floor, and will be escorted out of the facility.

 

All registrations will be reviewed and if it is determined by the M-PACT Team that an attendee does not meet the eligibility requirements to register for the M-PACT Show as an attendee, your registration will be canceled without notice and you will forfeit all fees paid.
