Thank you for serving as a speaker for the 2026 M-PACT Tradeshow April 14-16, 2026!

This page includes important information and resources to help you prepare for your session.

Standard session rooms will be equipped with: a screen, projector, wireless handheld microphones, sound, audience Q&A mic on stand, and podium. Panels will include chairs or stools at the discretion of M-PACT and passable mics for panelists. Session rooms will have a Windows laptop for the presentation to be shown from so finalized presentations are required by Monday, April 6.

Requests for additional AV & room set changes deadline ended in February as noted in our speaker communications.

Below, you will find a customized images for the main presenter of each session to use in their PPTs. Please download the appropriate  images to include in the opening and closing slides of your session.  The closing slide image is a personalized QR code for attendees to rate the session.

All PowerPoints should be created in the 16:9 format, versus 4:3, to take full advantage of the provided session room screen size. Final PowerPoint slides and whether you have videos embedded or will utilize web videos are both due to Kenzie Pemberton no later than April 6, 2026.

The M-PACT team has assembled ready-to-use marketing materials to help promote your session and elevate your visibility within the industry with various graphics for social media and email promotions.

Panel sessions will be contacted in March to have a group call prior to the event.  Additional information will be forthcoming soon, including things like the speaker ready room, arrival timing, speaker check-in, and other onsite details.

All speakers are encouraged to create educational, non-promotional presentations that align with the session objectives and audience expectations. Sales pitches and product-specific promotions should be avoided.
